Find a vet in your area
If you don’t live in Orange County and you don’t have a good exotics vet, you can find one through the Association of Avian Veterinarians. Once you have a list, I would suggest calling each office to inquire about treating hamsters and exotic animals. It is important that you go to a vet specialized in exotics, otherwise you will waste time and money.
